1. Origin of Cell Prayer

In 1917, the Virgin Mary, who appeared in Fatima, gave three conditions for sinners’ repentance and world peace. It was a daily rosary prayer, a sacrifice of all the suffering that he had received, and a consecration of himself and all of his things to the unborn Mary. She first taught this to the three innocent children of Fatima, and the prayers that the three young herders with her were the beginning of Fatima’s world apostolic cell prayer, It follows the way of the children.

2. Purpose of cell prayer

She chose children as communicators of God’s plan for peace. Today, we want to achieve this plan of peace through cell members who accept the will of our Lady. Therefore, the cell prayer is for the purpose of praying for the sanctification of ourselves and our neighbors, for the salvation of the world, and for communicating the message of Fatima, in response to the requests of Our Lady in Fatima.

3. The spiritual benefits of cell prayer – cell prayer is very beneficial to our faith life.

• First, cell prayer is a prayer with Mary.

  The children of Fatima gathered as often as they could to carry the rosary and the prayers taught by the angels. Our Lady invites us to pray with her children through cell prayer and personally reveals the deep mystery of the life of Christ. Through this prayer, many sinners who oppose God will repent and world peace will be achieved.

• Second, it helps to practice brotherhood.

  The three children of Fatima helped each other to endure the pain and suffering of God in return for the repentance of sinners at the request of Mary, and they set a good example for each other. Therefore, through cell prayer, we practice true brotherhood, helping each other to live a good life of continuous prayer, sacrifice, and dedication.

• Third, it makes a living of a life of consecrated life.

  Our Lady wanted to give us your unborn heart so that we could receive the spirit of God in our hearts. Through our sacred heart, although we are filled with human desire, our dedication becomes more perfect before God and helps save mankind. Cell prayer ultimately makes us consecrate daily to pureness of Mary, to see, to feel, to love, to pray and to act with the eyes of Mary and to gradually resemble Our Lady.
